Pursuant to UAE laws and RAKEZ Companies Regulations, please be informed that all RAKEZ licensed companies will now be required to submit audited financial statements on an annual basis. The first submission of audited financial statements will be required in 2020.
Kindly ensure to submit copy of the audited financial statements for the 2019 financial year, and for subsequent years thereafter, within six (6) months from the end of your company’s financial year to our customer service representatives in any of our RAKEZ service centres.
As per the RAKEZ Companies Regulations, it is the responsibility of each company to ensure that their appointed auditor is registered as an Approved Auditor with RAKEZ and is listed in the Approved Auditors List. This requirement does not apply to auditors appointed to audit RAKEZ registered companies as a branch company, provided such a company has a group auditor. We are a Approved Auditors
Please note that RAKEZ reserves the right to request for original copies of audited financial statements at any point in time.
Failure to submit the required audited financial statements will result in a fine of AED 2,500 and may lead to suspension of services.
